Miscellaneous Items Reviewed:
1. The Finance Committee formerly recommended to accept and approved the following inter-departmental end of year transfers. The motion was seconded and passed. The Select Board made a motion to accept the Finance Committee’s recommendations to make the following transfers which was seconded and unanimously approved.
a. $3,326.70 from 015911.003 to 015911.005
b. $7,268.21 from 015220.101 to 015220.100 ($1,969.59), 015220.700 ($5,298.62)
c. $60,289.85 from 015423.701 to 015429.002 ($54,669.53), 015433 ($5,602.32)
d. $3,489.37 from 015430 to 015433
e. $1,039 from 015432 to 015433
f. $5,745.86 from 015423.700 to 015433
2. The following department to department end of year transfers were made:

3. Berkshire County Regional Planning Commission and Veteran’s Benefits: Paul asked for confirmation that this is raised on the recap and asked why it was done this way. Don replied that this is the way the state demands it – Paul stated that this can be funded at annual town meeting and doesn’t needed to be done on the recap.
4. Kenn reported that the costs at the transfer station have gone done almost 18% over the last 6 months due to better management.
A motion was made and unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at: 4:45pm
